Passionate about philosophy, health and nutrition, I aspire following a Jnana yoga path of knowledge. I continue to learn every day and love to share my knowledge with others.

I have started my yoga journey in 2011 at Bikram Yoga in Zürich (Switzerland) and did my first teacher training with Jimmy Barkan, Fort Lauderdale (FL). My thanks go to all the amazing people who inspired me along this beautiful path.”
