Hi, I’m Sviatlana, your Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist. Nice to meet you!
My Yoga journey started back in 2012 in China where I entered the corporate world. After a few months of constant sitting in the office, I started having severe back pain. This is how I came to yoga and I never looked back.
In the past 12 years, I have traveled through Asia and visited 20 countries, backpacked through India, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines, walked in Laos temples, and meditated with monks in Tibet.
The more I practiced yoga, the more I realized how beneficial it was during my corporate career, so I launched corporate yoga classes in my organization and started sharing my yoga knowledge to help my colleagues overcome daily stress and improve their health condition.
At that moment, I realized my true path – to serve people and bring a positive change to their lives.
