I have been a student of yoga for fifteen years and began teaching in 2020 after completing my 200 hr teacher training with YYOGA in Vancouver.
My teaching style focuses on assisting students to find stillness in each posture with an emphasis on alignment and discovery of one’s deeper capacities.
My background is in athletics and healthcare. I have been practicing as an RMT since 1997 and a Registered Counsellor since 2018.
I discovered the benefits of yoga after many years of playing contact sports and working with professional and Olympic level athletes in a clinical environment.
