After experiencing a major health challenge in Feb 2017 I chose to embark upon some lifestyle adjustments that lead me to where I am today as a yoga instructor, health educator, and safer beauty consultant. With a particular focus on chemical toxicity, in combination with practicing yoga and studying the chakra systems, it has been fascinating to learn about the different reactions and processes the human body endures. From here, my world opened up to a whole new life. The time and effort I put into restoring my mind, body, and soul, allowed me to experience what it truly felt like to live, and as a result, today I weave in my learnings from a previous career in healthcare with the teachings from my own journey, to provide a safe and inclusive space for clarity and acceptance, and to support individual rejuvenation and transformation. Although the foundation of what I offer emphasizes alignment, I am adaptable to a variety of needs, offering my students an opportunity to explore their bodies from the inside out, connecting consciousness with breath and movement in order to ground and stabilize. My goal is for those I work with to leave feeling restored, balanced, and empowered in their everyday lives.
