Sandy Lamba runs a wellness/coaching/yoga/meditation studio in beautiful Coquitlam, British columbia, Canada. We do Surrender and Empowerment Coaching with the Art of Zenning. Through Yoga and Meditation, we teach people the power of surrender for the things they have no control over. Through surrender comes empowerment to work on the things you can and the realization that abundance is a birth right.
