After 8.5 years of expatriation in Shanghai, China, where she discovered yoga 7 years ago, Lea is back in France, Orléans early 2022.

She is a Yoga Alliance certified RYT500. She completed her first 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha and Vinyasa at Drishti Yoga Shala (Shanghai, China), followed by a 300-hr Arogya Yoga Teacher Training from Sampoorna (Goa, India).

She is also certified RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher). She had her first son early 2020 and is expecting a little girl for spring 2022. Yoga helped her manage the two pregnancies and go smoothly through her first natural delivery without epidural. She's now happy to accompany other women in this wonderful adventure.

Lea sees yoga as a journey to the Self. Since her young age, various technics helped her through life, that she now shares in both preventive and therapeutic approaches. Passionate about holistic health, she is also Reiki practitioner – a Japanese hands-on energy healing method. She believes that happiness can be found when integrating our soul & ego, and balancing all our bodies (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and etheric).
