I started practicing about twenty years ago while I was living in Los Angeles, California. My first teacher was Bryan Kest, founder of the Santa Monica Power yoga studio. I immediately fell in love with the practice. Through the years, I continued to be inspired by several teachers, both in the LA area and later in Boulder, Colorado. In 2014 I felt the call to become a teacher myself. I joined my first teacher training upon returning to Italy, my home for the first twenty years of my life. Several additional teacher trainings with different schools of the yoga tradition followed as I am a firm believer that as teachers we need to continue to dive deep to grow ourselves. I enjoy learning from different traditions and offer practices that are non-dogmatic and for everyone and anyone.
After working for several local studios and gyms here in Italy, in 2020 I opened up my own yoga studio in Rosà (Vicenza) called Flow. It is my desire to share the practice of yoga with as many people as I can!
