MY YOGA PHILOSOPHY
Influenced by my teachers, peers, environment and my travels I aim to bring a unique sense of empowerment to each of my classes. Through intention, meditation, pranayama and asana my goal is to have my students feeling refreshed and renewed. I encourage my students to find new levels of possibility in their bodies and minds. My classes are versatile and creative, tailored for each students ability. Eager to share my expertise and passion with students. It is my pleasure to help students to develop their body and mind awareness as well as physical strength. By living in balance and harmony myself I can promote a holistic well being through teaching my students.
