Katherine Noyes is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training (YTT) with My Vinyasa Practice in 2020. 

Katherine has been practicing yoga since 2015 when she found prenatal yoga when pregnant with her son. Katherine is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who works both with adults with neurological impairments as well as children in the special education setting. She decided to become a yoga teacher to incorporate yoga into her work as a speech-language pathologist, particularly designing accessible, adaptive yoga sequences for people with brain injury. She has also supported the LoveYourBrain yoga program. She created Lotus Speech & Wellness as a resource for people with brain injury who want to improve communication and cognition.
