Hey there!!!
My name is Danai and Imprint Impact is my personal project. I grew up doing sailing since day one and never thought of yoga as a way to exercise your mind, spirit and body since the first lock down of COVID-19.
In the first lock down I started practicing yoga for the first time and OH MY GOD I felt in love!!!! I finally was able to understand so many things about my self and the way I think firstly about my self and then about daily life... Yoga helped and still is helping me in becoming the greatest version of myself. For this reason I decided to become a teacher and help others find their peace and love about their self and life.
My goal is to never stop training my self mentally, spiritually and physically. When the teacher is still a student then can become a better teacher for it’s students.
