I am a former dancer who has never forgotten the beauty of feelings and emotions expressed
through mind, body and heart.
I have found my dimension in the yogic world so after I have successfully completed the 200 Hr Yoga Teaching Training (Yoga Alliance and Reps UAE registered), I started teaching Vinyasa Flow,Power Yoga, Flexibility and Deep Stretch,Gentle Yoga,Pranayama,Yoga Nidra and Meditation.
I am also a certified 65 hr Aerial Yoga Teacher and a 80 hrs Kids Yoga Teacher so I teach different styles of Aerial Yoga (Aerial, Aerial Restorative, Aerial Meditation, Swing and Silk) to both adults and kids along with Aerial Dance Yoga (which is a combination of my first passion, the dance, and the Aerial Yoga).
Since I love the balance between the "yin and yang" of life in all possible ways, I completed the 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training and started teaching Yin Yoga as well.As mom of two kids, I've always wanted to give my experience and to help other moms to deal with pregnancy and the life after it. This is why I attended the Prenatal and Postnatal Teacher Training and I have been awarded with the RPYT certificate.Once I became an experienced yoga teacher, I upgraded my qualification to E-RYT200 then to YACEP status (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) which allows me to teach my own teacher trainings.Lastly, I attended the 300-hour teacher training to upgrade my qualification to RYT 500.
