I’ve been practicing Yoga since 1975. I moved to a more dynamic practice during the 90’s while I was living in Los Angeles, where I studied Power Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga with many teachers, including David Life and Sharon Gannon, Erich Schiffmann, Shiva Rea, Nancy Campbell, and Noah and Kimberly of Ashtanga LA.

I started to teach in 1999 in Los Angeles.

In 2000 I started practicing Ashtanga Yoga directly with Pattabhi Jois in London, and subsequently in Mysore, India. I’ve been practicing and studying Ashtanga Yoga daily since, visiting the Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore regularly.

I moved back to London in 2000 and started to teach at the West London Yoga Shala, The Life Centre, and regular classes Holmes Place Clubs , I completed my teacher training in 2001 with The International Yoga School in the UK.

I taught  the Ashtanga Yoga Mysore program at New York Yoga in New York  for the summer of 2009.

I am authorized to teach Ashtanga Yoga by R. Sharath Jois , Director of Ashtanga Yoga Institute, Mysore, India.
