Hannah has practiced yoga since 2003 and has been teaching since 2017. Hannah is qualified to teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Kundalini yoga with almost 600 hours of training completed. Hannah is also an experienced Ashtanga practitioner and has undertaken many additional hours in Ashtanga Yoga training.
Hannah is a professional mindfulness and meditation teacher with more than a decade of experience and practice. Hannah delivers courses and classes to corporate organisations, individuals, community groups, schools and universities and works as a professional wellbeing trainer for the NHS.
