Marie-eve will guide you through a sequence of postures flowing with the rhythm of the waves, the wind and your breath. This practice will allow you to quiet the mind and to live fully in the present moment. SUP yoga focuses on the stabilizer muscles, the abdominal area (your core) and on your concentration. When doing SUP yoga, you can’t take yourself too seriously. Fun and laughter are all part of this emerging sport.
