Learned yoga relaxation techniques in Acting classes at Wright State University and New York University. A serious ankle injury prompted becoming a certified yoga teacher. Dedicated to helping people unaccustomed to exercising regularly in becoming more comfortable working with their bodies – major focus is on stress relief and in relaxation techniques.
