Almost 20 years teaching experience:  City of Dayton, OH Recreation Centers (Lohrey & Northwest), The Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center (Salvation Army), Tipp Monroe Community Services, OH, Hearth and Home Assisted Living, Vandalia, OH, The Mountaintop, Clayton, OH, Really Cool Stuff, West Milton, OH, Corpus Christi Church, Dayton, OH; Emmaus House and St. Mary’s Cathedral, Saginaw, MI; Holy Name Church and St. Savior Church, Brooklyn, NY.

Learned yoga relaxation techniques in Acting classes at Wright State University and New York University.  A serious ankle injury prompted becoming a certified yoga teacher.  Dedicated to helping people unaccustomed to exercising regularly in becoming more comfortable working with their bodies – major focus is on stress relief and in relaxation techniques.
