  • Anja spent several years training yoga and meditation (2007-2023), my first meditation guide was an original Buddhist monk. Her yoga mentors came from the Indian Himalayan region of Rishikesh. She was also initiated into the secret healing methods of a Buddhist lama and shaman.  Her mentors recognized and nurtured her spiritual potential.
