Roxy VITAMINA YOGA is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She traveled almost all around Asia, practicing in many countries and served in India and Nepal people in need. Enriching her practice and
teaching and knowing the singing bowls as therapeutic use and meditative focus.
Her mission through teaching is to uplift and provide consciousness that allows a safe, healthy and joyful environment, to help everyone grow and become more connected to their true path. Bring who practices with her to a self-healing, self-love and without judging themselves. To be compassionate toward themselves and to begin to look inwards. With Yoga, the possibilities of living a happy and healthy life are endless.
Her Favorite style is vinyasa, but she loves teaching many others styles, including yin, restorative yoga flow, yoga on floating mat, meditation, sound healing, Prenatal and Postnatal, looking into all prospectives using mudras and mantras too.
She teaches for Teachers training courses as a Teacher Leader for 200 hrs TTC for "La Casa Shambala" and for some Hrs in 500 YTC in "Casa Ananda Yoga Ashram".
For years she has been using the singing bowls during meditation sessions, her interest grows and
she begins to follow courses and become certified as a Sound healer. She currently guide
sessions and ceremonies that include sound healing, harmonic singing, as well take part in meditative concerts and sound journeys. She uses instruments from different parts of the planet to create sound alchemies. Her focus is to work with hight levels of energy and restore internal harmony, from the roots.

She taught a wide range of people and culture, and yoga by donation. She acquired tools to integrate and weave yoga into the lives of people with all the daily challenges they face.
She has been practicing since adolescence and has been teaching yoga since 2013, after the YTC 500. She currently teaches in the most well-known places and also online with a professional equipement. She combines the ancient wisdom and the flow of consciousness through daily life.
She guide yoga for the people who doest't have chance, in jail (with Paarinama yoga Project) of for collaborators on many places.
She has also the privileged opportunity to be chosen by ones of the most finest wellness resort in Mexico, Sense spa of Rosewood and Etéreo Auberge, Palmaïa, Banyan Tree, between others.
She continue to train to bring her teaching to the next level.
