I use my knowledge and expertise in Health (BSc), yoga training & experience and my experience in chronic illness (SLE, kidney failure) to create adapted practices and give access to yoga and its benefits to people who are older, less able or chronically ill.
My teaching journey started with children and more active practices, but as I discovered gentler practices and restorative yoga for myself I was also more inclined to teach those practices to people who suffer from chronic & age related conditions.
I love seeing people who would not normally practice yoga benefit from the practices
