Louisa Forney is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Louisa has also completed the Rainbow Yoga for Kids 95 hour teacher training for yoga for kids and families, the Academy of Breath 35 hour certification to teach breathwork and meditation, and the 30 hour Mindfulness Certification Training (MCT) to teach science-based mindfulness.
