David Pitre is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
David enjoys teaching all styles of class but Vinyasa Yoga as his favourite practice. Restorative is also and important part of of David practice.
David practices for love, and to honour his truth in his practice. David's practice has allowed him to take control of what was just a rat race to exercise. Now there is purpose to continue with a clear view for his next step. As for teaching David is happy to be part of the yoga teachers that are working at teaching their love for life so that it can be infectious for all to enjoy their own way, on there own journey.
David started practicing Yoga back in 2009 I bought a yoga mat and started with Jillian Michaels Hot Yoga video. Then one day I went to a class and I left shaking, it was intimidating for me, and I just stuck to my videos. But as the years went on Yoga became my go to for exercise and relaxation, or to just centre my day.
David's teaching space is an inclusive space that allows for adaptation for all levels.
How long is a typical class? The perfect class is a 90 minute class, but you will also find 30 min classes to 90 min classes. It will all depend what you are looking for.
