My life has been a long journey of exploration to figure out who I am and what I was put onto this earth to bring forth. My son finally gave me the answer:-) Alezander is born with Downs syndrom, and I am here to serve children and families with the gift of yoga and mindfulness for a more easeful, peaceful, happy, healthy and connected life. My background as a Psychotherapist and Cranio Sacral, naturally enhance the teachings of yoga and mindfulness. I´ve taken extensive teacher trainings with Integral Yoga (Satchidananda) - Satyananda Yoga, Shiva Rea, Judith Lassater & Rod Stryker, among other.  I´ve specialized in children with and without developmental challenges. All children are special, but children with Special needs have a huge place in my heart. From them I learn what patience, love and letting go means. All that really matters, is our soul to soul connection and living in the present moment..  I´ve trained with YogaKids, Global Family Yoga, Karma Kids, Shakta Khaur Khalsa - and Yoga for the Special Child with Sonia Sumar, my teacher. 

To see the light shine in the eyes of a child, when they touch their soul just one fragment of a second, knowing they are here for a purpose, is the greatest gift of all:-)
