I used to practice yoga regularly over 10 years ago and then injured my back in class, resulting in me becoming bedridden for a period of time. This incident discouraged me from practicing yoga for some time. Eventually I decided to return to yoga to strengthen and improve flexibility for my back. This was over 5 years ago and since then it has become a way of life for me.
Seeing the benefits that yoga has brought me in the form of reduced pain, improved flexibility and better balance, I decided to pursue my passion for yoga and become a teacher to help others achieve similar results. Since then, I have not once looked back and thought about returning to an office job.
I now enjoy being fit & healthy, keeping a positive outlook on life.

I teach yoga Live via Zoom, covering Breathing Techniques, Asana (Postures) and Relaxation methods so that people can achieve a healthier, happier and balanced lifestyle.

The moral of my story is to never be afraid of pursuing your dreams and passions. If I can do it, anybody can do it!!
