In August 2020 I completed my 200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher Training with The Shala Yoga School, Cape Town.
I believe yoga, meditation and relaxation have an essential role to play in mental and physical well-being. A life dedicated to helping myself and others to live deeply in the present moment is my calling.
Born and raised in Zimbabwe, I have lived, studied and worked in France, the UK, Belgium and South Africa. It was during my time in Europe that I became bilingual in French and graduated with an MA in Creative & Life Writing from Goldsmiths University of London.
Struggling with anxiety and depression, my journey towards improved well-being started with psychotherapy, and, by way of meditation and Buddhist philosophy, brought me to yoga.
