Mathew is a certified mindfulness, meditation, and yoga teacher. He finished a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training (RYT-200). He is also studying mindfulness teacher training programs at the University of Oxford, Mindfulness Center and the University of California, Berkeley, Greater Good Science Center.


He has collaborated with international and local corporate organizations and organized workshops and lectures to promote mindfulness and meditation. He is also one of the meditation teachers on the largest online mindfulness platform - Insight Timer.
