Kristin Mumper is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 500 with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She also has certifications in water yoga and chair yoga. She loves to help those who may otherwise not try or return to yoga find a way to comfortably find their practice.
