Rachel Thompson is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). 

Hi! I'm Rachel...I'm certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Bhakti, and Restorative yoga, as well as pranayama, meditation, nutrition and yoga philosophy. I teach group classes online and in person. Many of my in-person offerings take place at Seaside Yoga Sanctuary in Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA and 1440 Multiversity in Scotts Valley, CA. I also offer private lessons, women's circles and workshops.

I've been sober for over six years and that has been the most positive shift in my life, it has led me on this incredible journey to travel the world, teach yoga, and deeply connect with others. I'm drawn to the sacred and spiritual practices of chanting/bhakti yoga, coming together in womens circles, and exploring our emotions through restorative yoga. I'm passionate about meditation, yoga philosophy, grounding through nature, and a plant- based lifestyle.
