Anita Greenland is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).  Anita's favorite style of yoga is Baptiste power flow.  She believes yoga should be available to all no matter size, age, color, shape, or disability so she is in the process of getting certified in accessibility yoga so she can expose as many people as possible to the practice of yoga.  

Anita lives in Greensboro, NC and is married to the love of her life, Ben, and they have two children, Rachel and Joseph.  All family members have been converted to yogis.  Outside of yoga, Anita has spent her career in sales and marketing.  She is in the process of combining her years of experience in the corporate world with her passion for yoga and she is developing a corporate yoga and wellness practice.  More to come on that .....
