Jody Myers (Rashmika) is a registered E-RYT with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a registered Yoga School RYS. Jody founded RYS AYTT 200 in the year 2000 and has been studying and teaching yoga since 1981. She has studied in depth with the Kripalu Tradition, receiving a Kripalu 500 and an AYTT 500. She has also met and trained with other well known yogis and yoga traditions.
