Very early in life I discovered a passion for Yoga. As a teenager, I found a Yoga book in my mum's collection of books. But it is very hard to follow a path without a mentor to guide you in to your journey. I moved to Vasai West, Maharashtra India, two weeks before the Mumbai terror attack. Having this traumatic event occurred on the earliest days of my new life in India ... I started to admire this beautiful country and the people. Because of some Health issue I was pushed to start practicing yoga in early 2011. I fell in love right away. I left India in 2014. It took me a while to find the right mentors to be able to advance in my journey. I live and breath yoga as a daily practice. I am undertaking my 300 hrs RYT and I am on my second year in a Post graduation in Yoga, at Lusofona University in Lisbon. I follow academic scholars such as Dr. James Mallinson, Mark Singleton, David Gordon White and Graham Burn to keep myself updated on newly translated yoga manuscript.
