Anna found yoga as an adolescent in a heated power class and spent years breathing, sweating and molding her body into a pretzel. Sustaining injury early on, she took a break from the practice only to find it again as a way to protect her knees and hips later in life.

Anna has an approachable, friendly sunny disposition yet she can bring the fire and flow of her power origins when you want it!  She brings also the grounding and intentional hatha approach when you need it. Yoga is a special time in her day - where she enjoys starting and ending the practice in silence, which she finds brings the right amount of grounding to help slow down the fast paced lives we live.

Come ground, grow your roots, find your happy space and cultivate calm.

Anna completed RYT200 at Roots Yoga Burlington.
