My understanding of yoga is holistic and can help you achieve more balance in your everyday life and establish your personal practice. My open classes are meditative and physically challenging, so that we learn to experience our body and mind more consciously through the synchronization of breathing and movement. By practicing in this way, we are increasingly able to take calmness and serenity with us into our daily lives, and to keep a cool head especially in difficult situations.
Om shanti shanti shanti.
