Afsane Ghoreichi is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and has also the registration for the E-RYT,  which allows her to  be a lead trainer of a 200 hour teacher training which she provides together with her business partner (see jayayoga teacher training)

For more than 15 years now Afsane is united with the practise and the teaching of Yoga. She is connected with the tradition of Sivananda and has a qualification as Yin Yoga and Aerial Yoga teacher.

She has passed also the following advanced trainings: 

• Vinyasa Yoga Flow
• Yoga for the back
• Yoga for pregnant women
• Yoga for kids & teenager
• Yoga with singing bowls
• Bhakti Yoga 

Afsane is a qualified ayurvedic cook & ayurvedic masseuse (abhyanga). 

She guides you through your practise with HEART and DEVOTION and supports you in your asanas with her beautiful Mantra singing, so that you can dive deep into yourself.
