Different passions have played into my 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher completion with Yoga Alliance at the Yoga & Ayurveda Center. I love sharing my original joy of vinyasa yoga in my teaching practice. Enjoying the fun, warm, and peaceful flows and exploring ways to move and challenge ourselves.
I also feel strongly in promoting the accessibility and availability of yoga. My experience in occupational therapy and adapting activities for people with different disabilities has encouraged me to consider the many ways to practice yoga. I have taught chair classes for older adults and sensory-seeking classes for individuals with Autism. I’m motivated to work with individuals who are new to yoga and learn from each other on how to grow their practice and my teaching.
I am honoured to be a teacher and to be part of a caring and inclusive community.
