Ang Yoga is the name that Angela goes by sharing through teaching her learning from practicing yoga for many years. 17 years of on/off asana practice including hatha, dru, yin, vinyasa and for the last 6 years predominantly ashtanga yoga.
In 2020 Angela decided to complete her 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate in order to be better placed to share the hobby she has maintained since aged 19 years old. She did her teacher training with a kundalini tantra yoga school to broaden her knowledge and practice of yoga in its entirety. She is now confident to share the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga through teaching asanas and pranayama.
