Robin Hulse, RYT 500, is a retired healthcare professional and former athlete. She has practiced yoga since 2005. She completed her 200-hour instructor training in 2020 at Zen Zone and her 300-hour training in 2022 at Yoga Patch, both in Kansas City, Missouri. She is passionate about sharing all aspects of yoga. Robin teaches vinyasa style, incorporating strength and balance postures, yoga philosophy, chakra awareness, breathing, and mindfulness. Robin is an experienced studio and outdoor instructor, and also enjoys opportunities to teach partner yoga. She is committed to inclusive, accessible yoga for all.
Robin has completed additional training in Yoga Anatomy and Posture Assessment, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Chair, Prenatal, Yoga Philosophy, Yoga for Hands, Kemetic Yoga, and Breathing for Anxiety and Emotional Healing.
