Meet Abby Doig, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. Abby is a free spirit with a love for movement, mindfulness and wellbeing. Working in sport and nutrition marketing for the last 10 years, she has recently taken the plunge to combine her passion for business with yoga launching her own brand - Three Point Yoga. Abby believes that yoga is more than just movement it's about connecting the body, mind and breath. Approaching her classes as a beginner, guiding her practices for everyone and anyone.
