I am based in Pune India and run a yoga studio named Koham. I teach online as well as offline. 

I am passionate about both the physical as well as the meditative / philosophical aspect of Yoga. I enjoy teaching the physical practice of Asanas, subtle practice of Pranayama along with teaching the philosophical texts like the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika and so on. Being trained in Sanskrit, I find it easy to connect to these scriptures and enjoy making them simple for my students. I firmly belive in Swadhyay - the studies of scriptures.
