I have felt in love with yoga thanks to my two pregnancies. Then, my daily yoga practice helped me connect with and adapt to my changing body as well as create a new relationship with the life growing inside me. Breathing and chanting were also essential for pain relief during labor, bringing focus and relaxation. Since then, the search for inner calm has always been at the center of my yoga practice and has led me through my studies to become a yoga teacher. I teach yin yoga and hatha/gentle vinyasa with a special focus on breathing.
