Jackie is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. Jackie teaches Yoga Trapeze, Gravity Yoga and Vinyasa Flow incorporating weights for more cardio and props like blocks, straps and stability balls to deepen and strengthen your practice and improve flexibility. Jackie started practising Yoga many years ago at University and instantly fell in love. Never knew she would actually teach, however Jackie just felt there were not enough people like her practising or teaching Yoga and knew that everyone would greatly benefit. As a result Jackie felt she had to bite the bullet and teach to be able to share this amazing practice. A typical class is 1 hour and all online at the moment until studios open. Jackie also offer one to one sessions.
