I dabbled in the physical asana practice for years before I committed to an Ashtanga practice 6 days a week. I practiced Ashtanga for four years until I stepped away from it during my first pregnancy. My favorite thing about yoga is that it is so much more than a physical practice. It is a way of being and a way of life. This practice changed my life for the better and I am committed to sharing this practice with others. My mission is to provide affordable and accessible yoga to those who have experienced barriers to the practice in the past.
