Lorrie Shepard is a E-Registered Yoga Teacher, E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She actively teaches Restorative Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation in teacher trainings, as well as group classes and private 1:1 students.
Lorrie's main focus is to meet each student as an individual and stay present with where they're at. She uses breath, alignment and yogic teachings to compliment needs for movement, strengthening and greater ease in body and mind.
