Sarah was introduced to yoga at a young age as a positive outlet for her wonderfully energetic being. She fell in love with yoga and continued practicing as a tool to quiet her mind, body and enlighten her spirit. Yoga brings her a sense of patience, peace, stability and self love that she shares with her community. As a social worker she has dedicated her life to helping others. Teaching yoga has opened a new path which allows her to share her passion and inspire others. Sarah believes yoga is for everyone and in her classes Sarah creates a safe space and community that promotes connection, presence, self growth and gratitude. Sarah is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
