 I believe yoga is more than just showing up on the mat for asana. However this is the easiest way to get people to start their journey of yoga. Yoga keep our mind, body and soul healthy.

 I teach a slow and thoughtful practice because, to me, breath is the most essential part of the practice. If we cannot breath comfortably then will will not feel the true effects of yoga.
