Welcome to Annes Hus, a yoga studio dedicated to specialized and therapeutic yoga. Founded by Anne Marie Dahlstrøm, an experienced yoga instructor and special educator, Annes Hus is a place where care meets innovation. My world is a fusion of these two elements. As a special educator and yoga therapist, I am not just a professional, but also an advocate for the transformative power of empathy and understanding. At the heart of my practice lies an unwavering belief in the potential of every individual.

As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, I have completed training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). At Annes Hus, I offer specialized yoga, designed to support and meet the needs of people of all ages and abilities, with a special focus on those with special needs. My classes and workshops, ranging from one-on-one (1:1) sessions to one-to-two (1:2) and small groups (1:6), are all created to promote both physical and mental well-being.

In addition, I have completed specialized courses including 'Special Yoga & Mindfulness for Autism & ADHD' and 'Special Yoga for Special Children Level 1 v/Joyti Manuel,' which have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide targeted therapeutic yoga for individuals with autism, ADHD, and special needs. At Annes Hus, yoga is not just a practice – it is a journey towards healing, self-discovery, and the unfolding of personal potential for everyone.
