I began my Yoga journey in 2018 and has since accumulated in-depth knowledge and practical experiences in yoga practice. Under the guidance of my teachers, Amarjit Kumar, Gopal Palanisamy, Jane Pau, Luke Graber, and others in yoga training and having been deeply inspired by Dr. Timothy MCcall. I delegate my training to be specialized in Yoga Healthcare. I believe that perfection comes from a keen awareness and genuine practice. Mindfulness on the harmonious flow of body and breath will coordinate bodily movement and posture with proper breathing as well as physical alignment in a systematic and scientific outcome. 

I teach the lineage of Hatha Yoga from asana & pranayama, as I believe that the root of yoga should extend to the branch of HealthCare management. 

In accordance with the meridians and anatomy, I have also found that the “Yin / Yang” circulation improved a lot of physical & emotional health issues. It makes you calm the mind, release stress from daily life, and to main a nice metabolism in a quiet practice style through the breath-in & breath-out. 

Every man or woman should have a hobby. Upside-Down (inversion) is one of and long-living challenge to my yoga journey. It maintains a high focus of sensation, steady control of the body, and preservation of health and youthfulness.
