Jessica’s training is based in Vinyasa, Hatha, & Yin Yoga, but also currently holds certification in Yoga Nidra, Restorative & Chair Yoga.
Jessica feels that Yoga & Meditation have amazing and life changing effects for everybody, in any body. Focusing on the connection your soul feels with yoga, versus the perfect visual many see on social media. Jessica’s yoga philosophy is to move and breathe at your pace, to challenge yourself and to grow in mind, body, and spirit.
Jessica also carries CMT- 200hr meditation certification, Breathwork Teacher certification, as well as Sound Healing certification.
