In her words:
I has been involved in the fitness and wellness in both public and private sectors for over 40 years.
As a passionate and lifelong learner, with a deep interest and focus on Yoga and Fitness for seniors., and as an elder myself of 75 years, I bring relevant and authentic experience, compassion, and a positive joie de vivre and light to my classes and workshops.
Keeping it simple, acknowledging the wisdom each of us brings, honoring and respectful of individual uniqueness and needs ...and recognizing that all each of us truly long for is to be seen and heard ...and to feel love.
“Breathe, be kind; practice gratitude.”
When Liz is not leading a class you can find her reading, meditating, or spending quiet moments with her black lab Shadow. Liz loves watching her two grand-daughters grow into amazing young women.
