I believe in the power we all have as individuals to live our best life. To take care of the trinity, Body, Mind, and Spirit, one must be self-disciplined. This is something I struggled with for most of my life. Even after I found yoga and meditation.

I  found yoga and meditation, or rather it found me, after my son was born in 2008. I was running, lifting weights, and working off the "baby weight" when I randomly took a yoga class at my gym. I was hooked instantly and never looked back. I practiced for 11 years before I began YTT certification at Yoga Fever in Grand Rapids, MI, and became RYT 200hr certified in January of 2020.

AND THEN.....the world shut down. Right after I became certified. Seriously?  I had already begun teaching private lessons with adults and teaching groups of children at a Montessori school, but things certainly changed. But then the world adapted to what was happening and the interweb (LOL) got me up and running again.

Now that things are somewhat back to normal. I am creating videos that people can do at home and leading a few in-person sessions as well. Kundalini yoga is my biggest passion. My goal is to make yoga and meditation affordable to people so everyone can reap the rewards of connecting body, mind, and soul. It really is game-changing!
