Cecilia is an experienced RYT 500 and ERYT 200 yoga teacher. The early childhood experience of learning ballet , karate and studying in Europe make Cecilia an active and sporty girl. When She started to practice yoga , During the five years teaching, varied from private to company groups, Cecilia is specializing in designing different courses and workshops targeting to the common body pain that people suffer from, such as neck, lower back, knee. In 2015, she specially design a yoga class for the famous German foot ball player Mario Götze, helping him get more balance when he scored and release his sports injuries.
In the pursue of yoga, Cecilia extends great gratitude to her yoga gurus. She follows master Partricia Duchaussoy，Lance Schuler, Yogi Yishnu from India successively. She also hold great thankfulness to Briohny Smyth and Dice lida-Klein, two inversion and arm balance masters from Los Angeles. The humor and creativity of them inspire her a lot and impress her deeply in the advance teacher training.
She also travel around Asia as Thailand, Japan and India，etc for yoga retreat and yoga exchange every year.
From 2019, She went to Rishikesh, India every year, the cradle of yoga, learning the yoga culture and history. In which, she met two Inyenga masters Ashish Kuma and Usha Devi, both are experts on adjustments and alignment, giving her a deeper understanding of asanas in a therapeutic essential and biomechanics way.
Recently, Cecilia focuses on developing more different types of yoga classes, adding what she learnt, the breathing method from yoga, the stretching skill and emotion from dancing and the physical improvement method from martial art and gym, creates Aerial Fit, Aerial Stretch, Aerial therapeutic Essential and Aerial Dance to help students get a tone and healthy body figure. Educate, Inspire and Entertain is what she value most and apply into her teaching method. Influencing and motivating people give a great passion in work and her dream is to help people t o build a healthy lifestyle.
