Saadia has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. She holds a 200 E-RYT and AFAA Group Fitness Instructor certification. Starting in March 2022, she will continue her yoga education with Maya Yoga (KCMO) to obtain the Ashtanga 300 RYT certification. 

Saadia’s classes draw from the foundational principles of Ashtanga yoga and incorporate movement from the Ido Portal Method to unlock the body’s natural mobility. Through isolation, integration, and improvisation, students train their bodies and minds to achieve greater physical and cognitive flexibility, bodily awareness, and strength.

Over the years, she has studied with Michael Stein (Ashtanga of New Paltz, NY), Diana Christinson (Pacific Ashtanga, CA), Kathleen Kastner & Wade Mortenson (Maya Yoga, KCMO), Richard Freeman (Yoga Workshop, CO), and Matt Bernstein & Zack Finer (Boulder Movement Collective, CO). Saadia remains a forever student and travels at least 5 times a year for training. She believes that all yoga teachers must progress and learn as their students do too!

Saadia specializes in intermediate/advanced yoga, alignment, functional range conditioning, and mobility. Her goal is to make you a better yoga PRACTITIONER and MOVER.
